Ah, Firenze!

What can we say about Florence? Thousands of books have been written about this city and we're humbled by it. Our knowledgeable guides provided background and insights on the sites, art and history. Let's just share some of our pictures.

After our guided tour of the Uffizi and Academia, we had a wonderful lunch at the Hotel Baglioni, followed by espressos on their rooftop terrace.

    Janice and I loved Florence. I think the town square with the tower and clock is where they have horse races. The museums weren't too shabby either.
